Package Your Items

Place your jewelry in its original JH packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once received at our studio, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
